The Tahs do have a few things in their favour:
With Flynn out and the possibility of their reserve hooker being out they might have to dig deep for hookers and with the Tahs lineout on song theyll be able to eliminate that threat of the Crusaders who arent crash hot in the lineout.
Also, while Im yet to be convinced about the merits of the Waratahs scrum, the Crusaders scrum isnt the best of scrums either making probably an even contest. So if the Tahs play well they can go a long way in starving the Crusaders of quality set piece possession.
The two big killers will be the fact that its an away match and that wayward kicking will be punished more so than against many other teams where wayward kicking was the food of the day.
Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast.
james if the boot was on the other foot there aint a hope in hell of other provinces supporting us, where was their support when we were establishing the perth franchise? all they did was winge that we were stealing all the players, and diluting the talent pool. roll on next season when the tahs return to mid table modiocrity......go 'saders....
Hey, it's Australians vs New Zulanders.
That's all you need to know.
Master plan:
- Aussie team takes S14
- Wallabies take Aussie Robbie (and Ben Franks with him)
- Wallabies take Bledisloe
- Wallabies take 3Ns
- Wallabies take the world
I'll support NSW when they decide to put their squabbling and embarassing infighting at board level behind them and start pushing the interests of a national development strategy and competition above their own to make rugby in Australia a much better sport.
Drawn final. Don't care who wins....

NTT I'll support the 'Tahs when hell freezes over and Lote's playing for theSaders to win by don't care how many......If it were the Brums it'd be a different story, but supporting NSW is genetically impossible for me....sorry Chook!
Actually not all that sorry, I hate the 'tahs...there I said it!

How dare you down-play my differences and squabbles as "petty"?!![]()
"Bloody oath we did!"

Go SadersI would suoort the Reds before the Tah's.

In my opinion the 'Tahs are the personification of all the problems in Aussie rugby. They're in the final more through good luck than any actual quality.

Fair effort, 6 and a half out of 10. A little bit 'primary school' with the ''Nah Nah'' tone but the slight insulting notes really impressed me.
For next time, try a small amount of subtlety. It is difficult but I am confident you can nail it, with practice. Sometimes inference is more fun than the sledgehammer approach.
All your input is valued and the Tahs love you for it.
i'd die before i supported the tahs mate.
i wasnt really a mad super 12s fan. but i would say the reds would be my alternate aussie team
