Your spot on mate, most Melb Rugby fans do support the Storm, I'm certainly a big fan. But there were also a few thousand dedicated Rebels fans who went and supported the boys last season before they became defunct and I assume they would follow S14 sides. I'm also guessing that there would be a fair few WA expats living down here that would support the Force as well. I would love to meet some fellow fans to watch games with etc.
Don't worry too much Force_man, there are a couple of ex mungos on the site who like to stir up some shite every now and again.....I'm sure the majority of the membership is rapt to have a fan in Melbourne.
ps it might be a good idea not to get too precious about Melbourne fan comments in general, a lot of people on here get pretty involved in the argument about Melbourne being the centre of the sporting universe......nothing personal, I'm sure you aren't the person they're talking about. I'd be pretty sure they're bagging the fair weather friends (just like they bag fair weather fans in WA!
C'mon the
Welcome, force_man I hope you can find more Force fans in Melbourne, and hook up with any other Force fans travelling about. Always good to see oases of ocean blue for Force away games!
... And just think, you actually get to see them play at a proper stadium. Even we don't get that

it is the courage to continue that counts.
