The Emirates Western Force will play in an all new jersey when they tackle the Waratahs in Perth on Saturday night, a match which will aid the great work being done by David Pocock’s charity EightyTwenty Vision www.eightytwentyvision.org
Emirates Western Force players will wear a ‘one-off’ design which has been created in a collaboration between Pocock and outstanding young WA designer Reif Meyers from Ocean Zone www.oceanzone.com.au.
Each of the 22 match day jersey’s will be auctioned on-line with money raised going to EightyTwenty Vision – the auction site will be live from midday AWST on Monday, 4 April 2011 – check www.westernforce.com.au for all the details.

Education is Important, but Rugby is Importanter!
Just seen this in the West Australian http://au.news.yahoo.com/thewest/spo...gn-on-charity/ (Pocock Modelling) looks pretty good to me, not a standard jumper as a one off ok. All for a good cause as well!!!!
My question is why they aren’t making them available as standard jerseys ($160ea) like they did for the Pink Breast Cancer Special release. I would have thought they would have made more money by selling higher quantities rather than just the match day 22 at higher costs. This would have made them more accessible to the average punter and made the eightytwenty more visible in the wider community. I know that my missus still gets comments about her pink jersey, and she still wears her purple cap too.
Maybe I am just complaining because I want one but can’t afford the cost.
All for a great cause and it is good to see the boys and the club behind it.
Generally speaking you aren’t learning much if your lips are moving!!!

Something similar and for as just a good cause.

Shame we cant get the opportunity of bidding on Pockock's jersey after all the hard work he does with eightytwenty..
100 special edition #7 jersey's would make a fair bit of extra money
