We often hear sporting teams and organisations talk about culture without much thought to people, often it is cliched corporate/sporting jargon. I just wanted to call out what I believe is an outstanding action and an organisation that is putting people to the front of their
culture curve. Not just those on the field but their passionate supporters off the field who will be around long after the champions on the field hang up their boots. The attached letter was sent from the @westernforce team to a husband after the loss of one of their
passionate supporters to cancer. This letter came very unexpectedly and meant so much that words can and in this situation fail to convey the appreciation from the family. Thank you @westernforce for showing care and being champions both on and in this instance off the pitch.
That is outstanding. Makes you proud to be a member.

Thanks for sharing that letter with us. The current Western Force team (players, coaches, admin, right through to the team owner) seem to have a great caring attitude towards each other and appreciate their fans.
