ACT were in it until a year or two ago.

They need to have some sort of rep side in it for local players. Otherwise what do they aspire to? Force is a big jump from club rugby.

What's the go? They are not in the ARU Shield comp this year.

Invite U of Port Elizabeth instead of those schools. Eastern Cape used to be in the Sharks region. University rugby in Natal is crap.
