Ben Grant reportedly signed with the Reds. No longer on Force website.
Maybe if he goes well he'll be offered a longer comtract.
I don't think we have the squad to run it from anywhere. We'll have a strong set piece and experience at 9, 10, 12, 13 and 15. Good kicking I hope too. I am hoping Kearney will help us play the...
Toby Lynn was average. Phoenix Battye was average. Sam Wykes also fairly average. Not having a crack at them as people mind. None of them had the grunt Jake Ball displayed.
It is frustrating...
Echo echo echo echo echo.
Was part of the wider squad around 2012ish. Overlooked by Richard Graham. Became a Welsh international shortly after. Frustrating.

The Department of Incomplete Statistics says 5 out of 8
Lezana is good value. Perfect for a 6 or 8.
Pretty sure Iglesias scored a try against the Wallabies in 2018 with some dazzling feet.
Edit: He did. In the Salta capitulation. If he can do that at test level...
I suspect the club is looking at McGregor as a 10, where he originally played at age grade. We have options at 15, fewer at 10.
No. He will always be eligible for the Boks on the basis of his birth. If he was capped for Australia, it would be another matter.
That said, Stander is not the kind of player the Boks would be...
If you could, you'd be crazy not to keep a toe in the water in both comps. Great for developing guys like Ollie Callan, Ben Grant and Victor Harris (to name a few).
Agreed. He'd be a great pick up. It is nuts that he is sitting behind Sio and Slipper.
Would love to see Jayden Ngamanu and Jack Hardy back. Hardy would be crazy to stay at the Reds with their...
He's a local lad in pretty good form considering he joined us late. He is at least Super Rugby level if not with the potential to go higher. We'd be crazy not to keep him.
Not a bad signing all things considered. Not a lot of good loosies going around. He's relatively young, competent. Complements our developing guys nicely.
Here is what I'd do:
- Consider 2021 a development year as the aim is to be ready for full Super rugby when it returns. Keeping in mind our squad is likely to be better and other squads are likely...
It is a fair point re: should we stay with Super Rugby. At the moment, there really isn't a plan B.
Yeah. The way I see it is there is no point in us being with Super Rugby if we aren't competitive. We won't be competitive without recruiting more talent. I'd love our local guys to stay on if they...
Waratahs v Brumbies shaping up to be the match of the round? In a competition where only two games are played per round? Really Christy?
You never know. 1 in 3 West Australians want to secede. Another few weeks of Clive might turn things around if he retains federal backing. We might form the WARU and do as we please.
Funnily enough I'm not too bothered by it. Boy the Rebels play stodgy rugby and suck others in. Reds v Rebels was a stodge-fest, Waratahs v Rebels was a stodge-fest and now us.
Good that we are...
That's not true or fair. A handful of those captains were very supportive of the Force and spoke out. I think many of them have expressed concerns for quite some time, but how do you draw the line...
I thought you said bad news. Hope it wipes him out.
