Is the general consensus that Strachan has passed McGregor as the No.1 Fullback (Kearney aside)? With McGregor's utility being that he is a good bench option on a 6-2 split?

I think Strachan's pace acceleration and slightly taller frame is the preferred option with the current combinations at the moment, as the other back line players have bigger bodies (the centres and one "wing") with his out and out pace giving him the edge. McGregor has a smaller stockier frame . I think it more about balanced combinations rather than out and out preferences.
We all need to remeber that picks are not based on five minute highlight reels but the combinations, game plan, work rates and many other factors that the coaching team work with.
The one thing that has come back to me since watching the NZ teams isn’t so much their physicality but their sheer size against most of our players. Unfortunately I think we will be pushed to the limit.... but we still have a chance!
Go the Force
Force up 7-0 after 4 mins
Well that lasted all of 10 minutes 12 -7 to the crusaders
Nice try to the new boy. :D
This is so frustrating!! We have had so much ball!! We need some attacking players desperately!!
Good shift by the lads, showed some grit.
Some stone wall defence dy the Crusaders won the game, aided by some poor options with the ball down their end. We were maybe lucky they scored just before the break. Most likely down to 14 if they were denied. Great effort and building a great foundation to go into 2022.
Kaitu'u getting picks from the Stan team for Wobs 2.

The Crusaders look like they lost :iconrofl:
losing to the Crusaders by only 8 points. What an impressive effort by the boys. Im proud as punch.
I’ll take that as a win!
Bloke who brought a lot of starch last night was Fergus Lee-Warner.
