The rugby and soccer World Cups are both strict about not using sponsors' names for venues - I assume this is the same situation (even though rugby league is more lenient in other areas such as allowing sponsors' logos on jerseys).

Good to see so many in the crowd with Force gear on - surreal that they weren't there to watch any Force players play

Was a good day out today, wasn't a full house though, so seems like RL has the same problem that union has in Perth - generally needs the New Zealanders to up the numbers.

It was just shy of 15000. With what was on offer I reckon the IRLF would chalk it up as a win. They must be extremely happy with how its going overall really.
