New Western Force defence coach Steve Meehan says Global Rapid Rugby laws will challenge players physically and mentally.
Changes have been designed to produce a faster game and keep the ball in play longer than under traditional laws.
“It’s a different game. The changes are quite significant,” Meehan said.

My experience is that you never know on the internet. People take offence to the most innocuous things. You never know.
