Saracens will have a few roles going. Sarries not showing books is very similar to the Rebels not releasing their financial position for five years.

The difference being that Saracens (no doubt because of all the big names they recruited) were actually successful, whereas The Rebels despite all the funds, players, coaching & training facilities thrown at them have gone backwards.
