Lewis Carmichael Selected For Scotland

The Force is strong with Lewis as he joins Scotland squad

Lewis Carmichael is “getting better and better” according to Scotland Head Coach Gregor Townsend after he invited the second-row to train with the full squad.

Carmichael, 22, joined the tour in Singapore on Thursday from Australian side Western Force where he was on a loan as part of a development agreement from Edinburgh Rugby that began in March.


Growing up in North Berwick, he was in love with rugby from an early age and played for the local club and also North Berwick High School.

He represented East Lothian Falcons at under-14, under-15 and under-18 levels, Edinburgh at under-17 and under-18 levels, and Scotland at under-18 level.
