Showing Image Attachments in Threads

You can put images in your posts by:

1. Finding the image you wish to use on the internet somewhere and copying it's address.
2. Starting a thread or post and going into "Advanced" mode
3. And clicking the http://twf.com.au/images/editor/insertimage.gif button and pasting in the image address you copied in step one.

If the image you wish to insert is local on your computer, you can add it to a post as an attachment by clicking on the http://twf.com.au/images/editor/attach.gif icon, and then choosing a file to upload and then clicking the "Upload" button

You can then close the 'manage attachments' window.

If you would then like the image to show up in the post full size (like the above one) you can do this by scrolling down to the 'Additional Options' section, where you should find the "Attach Files" section with a list of your attachments. Right click on the attachment you want to insert and copy the link address. Then head back up to the post you are creating,click the insert image icon http://twf.com.au/images/editor/insertimage.gif and paste in the image URL

I have tried in the past to upload a photo from my iPad but have not been able to because the 'choose file' option is shaded out. Is that because you can only upload from a PC, not a mobile device?

try again, but click on the new "(Alt Manage Attachments)" link and let me know if it works :)
