Not long now and Lloyd will know his fate.
What do you think?
if he didn't personally do it he arranged it - and i base that fact on absolutely nothing :D
Guilty as all he'll ma lurd!
And if he gets off he will become the lawyer to go to if your on a murder charge!
He did it, but he will walk. All the evidence is circumstantial and there isn't a great deal of evidence. There is nothing that pins LR to the murder scene and there is no evidence that suggests she was murdered at her home. The likelihood is that he did it, but with the lack of evidence it is still a possibility someone else did. And the motive is a bit wishy washy. The police were moe-rons for declaring him the prime suspect.
without being in court to hear the evidence, how can we make a judgement?
well in my opinion he may,or may not,be guilty:D
i answered the above with what i think will be read out soon, but i think he stll did it but will be found not guilty.
I reckon he will be found not guilty
I said not guilty, thinking it was a poll about the verdict.
However I completely agree with Normie, he did it. The problem is the prosecution was unable to determine that fact let alone make a "beyond a reasonable doubt" case, the evidence was hardly even circumstantial let alone tangible, and the police investigation a complete farce bordering on corrupt given their actions in the morgue.
Put it this way, if they find him guilty in what was presented as a case and the lack of tangible evidence and circumstantial hardly damning, then we are all frakked.
Verdict - Not Guilty
Poor Corryn. May she rest in peace.
Not guilty.........
OJ Rayney!
*waits for channel 9 to make a tele-movie of it
Not guilty isn't the same thing as innocent.
hmmm...well seeing as the inept police investigation took five years, with them stating on day three he was the one and only suspect, and then taking years to bring him to trial after charging him, they have destroyed his prospects and reputation. He can never work again, he was 45 when it started, so that's at least 20 years of lost earnings. A top prosecutor, worth at least a million bucks a year (I'm being conservative). So that's at least $20m. When will he start suing the Government? I think Monday.
The problem is even though I think he is as guilty as hell, there has never been the slightest shred of evidence to prove it. He should never have been named a suspect of any kind let alone the one and only suspect. He should never have been charged with murder unless some substantive evidence came to light. Bugger political pressure for a result and all that crap.
And the cops! Are any of them going to be sacked for incompetence? What a clusterfrak. Hell, incompetence is being nice, some of them have obviously resorted to the well known and documented strategy of "fitting him up" - after all it worked for Button and Mallard et al. Lurking around the morgue, going through their files unaccompanied. And I am positive planting a seed pod (probably because the real one was initially missed). And losing your field notes? In the biggest most public case in history? Sheesh.
will the state appeal they have 21 days to do so?
