For God's sake man, spell at least spell Guinness right if you're gonna SPAM here!
BTW - Thanks for the address to send the invoice to.
-
There's only this much soccer I can handle..none.
-
I find it weird that an english pub would be the green and gold army's HQ.
Or was that a bet that the poms lost in 2003 when we beat them 3-1??
-
Well its a good Central Location, they give us a pretty good deal and its getting more packed out every game.
Had about 250 there for last game.
The invite is there.....
-
Good crowd! I am too ADD to watch Soccer myself, but props for mobilising the support like that.
-
What do you mean Andy, you need to have the option of either team scoring in a match before you get bored?
-
Well, it is absolutely my personal opinion only, but I have always thought Soccer a game for those that enjoy coitus interruptus...all build-up, no release.
-
It's kinda tantric when you put it like that!
-
More like sheer frustration - always felt it was why the supporters go the biff.
-
Bit off topic atm but you guys could really use us football fans in WA and vice-versa, we gotta work together especially with the new stadium and the ALF playing footsies with the state govt atm.
i am half way through a letter which will be cc'ed to various people including Stephen Smith (member for Perth) my local member but also the member for the area where the MES is. Steven Conroy (senate for victoria) a huge football fan (behind the push for the WC 2010 and getting football back on FTA telly.
I have d/l 5 copies of the petition which will be sent in as soon as they are filled in.
Another big area to get stuck into is the junior clubs in each code.
cheers

Thanks for the petition work LK, I agree that as partners in the fight for a rectangular stadium, we need each other.......just don't expect me to stop giving you shit about the game you love........OTOH I'm happy for you to return in kind!
It's what watching sport in Australia is all about........so now who thinks soccer players are incredible wusses?
