hey coach, you missed a spot between pusey's thumb and index finger.
Adobe Photoshop is the program I used. As TDevil said, Use the Magnetic Lasso to select the person, Invert the selection and then modify the selection - you can do many different effects, I adjust the saturation levels to make B&W. But you could also Blur:

He does all of the Fremantle Dockers home football games too.
