Make sure that the end of the drain hose on the machine is at least 34 inches or more off the floor. The loop of the hose should be above the level of the washing machine tub. If it is too low the machine will stop at the spin cycle, then siphon out. If the hose is at floor level the water will just run out and never fill up again. Dead Set!!
Make sure your centre isnt wide, your half is not at centre, your lock is not loose, and you are not at sixes and sevens
I always said twf should not have gotten into the washing machine business. :rolleyes:
Just send him a new replacement machine, Darren.
It will be cheaper in the long run than dealing with Consumer Protection, and having the rest of your members bringing copy cat claims.
