When was the last time we have seen an Australian forward compete with such effectiveness against the mighty Bulls
McMeniman in my view was great he was everywhere and he took on the bulls and caused a few of them some grieve and pain

Agree about the Mad Dog but if Alcock had been on all game and played the way he did in the second half he would have come close too
Quite impressed with this Alcock fellow.

There's already speculation on the east coast to poach madness next season to the Brumbies being the likely place.
I think they are about to sign Hugh Pyle too. Maybe interest will diminish if they do.
fardy and carter cant be faulted. both have been great for the ponies. kick in the guts much for them if pyle and MMM comeinto the program.
Haven't seen the game yet as I'm away at work, but can't wait to watch it once I'm home.
I was a massive fan of his when he was palying in Aus before Japan. This guy is capable of destroying his opposition. He is type of player of inspires those around him & worries the fu&k out of the opposition with his mongrel aggression.
Can't help but admire players who play with no thought of self preservation & are all about the battle at hand.
Really do hope we can keep hold of him past this season.
I'd take Fards back. He was ok when he was with us, but Sharpie left very little room in the club for locks. As long as he's not bitter about having to move on. There's a lot more space now!
Unfortunately, at the moment, I'd drop Sam Wykes and replace him with Fardy in a heartbeat (and I've always seen potential in Wykes as a lightweight lock/number 6)
