I tried signing up, but just got sent the invoice number email. No member number. I've tried emailing the Memberships contact from the invoice email, and left a voice message. But I'm not having much luck.
Has anyone else had any difficulties contacting Memberships?
that happened to me over a week ago.
HID signs up 10 minutes after me and gets receipt email & membership email straight away.
i rang the number on the receipt, eventually got through, then it took them 5 business days to send my member number, despite the gentleman insisting it would be sorted the same day.
my eventual member number was 4 less than HID's which means it was logged at the time, but took them 5 days to find it.
not a big concern, you have you receipt.
Thanks for advice Leo86, cedric. It's good to know the membership will have been logged, I was a bit worried since normally the member number comes straight away after the invoice. Still waiting, it's been over a week now, but I'll just sit tight. It is frustrating that the membership team are unresponsive though.

also price from Ticketmaster for returning 2017 member is higher than what's stated on the ticket pricing on the email. Very confused!
