This sucks, the first game of the season is Thursday night and Big Ben will not be playing. :( Roethlisberger has emergency appendectomy
He damn near died in June when he smashed his bike into a car, recovered from the surgery and didn't miss a practice all training camp and now this. I look for all of the other guys to step it up and still pull out the victory on Thursday! The Steelers have dropped to only 1-1/2point favorites.

Usually any team that is on top has many of people that hate them, mostly out of jealousy. I don't know anyone who feels that way about the Patriots. They are a classy organization with a great team.Quote:
