Peter Leahy another Rebels/VRU incompetent. It appears that O'Neill will stay teflon unless he gets grilled by another agency
Typical Clarke and North doing it by video conference the gutless cowards they are.
Looks like senator Reynolds will be solidly investigating the line that if one team needs to go it must be the rebels.
Also possibly looking to get grounds for asic to investigate some shonky business dealings
This bothers me. If the ARU have proven to have been dodgy as sin and the Rebels should have been the ones to go, what then?
ARU may get in a bit of hot water but it still doesn't change the fact the Rebels are playing and the Force aren't.
It's like stealing a car off someone and then getting a slap on the wrist or a fine from the cops but still keeping the car. I want my car back god damn it!
An unfair dismissal may be a closer analogy. In those cases it is not common for the victim to get his/her job back. Even when they do the workplace can become intolerable after the fact. They may get some satisfaction in a monetary settlement, but the actual cost in terms of the rest of their career and reputation is rarely balanced by that.
who is John Welborn?
so what's his value add to the inquiry?
I think John W is/was on the RugbyWA board?
So have managed to wrangle Wednesday off, is everyone who is going meeting outside?
That is something we will find out. They don't pre-publish reasons why certain persons are asked to appear. Some we have an idea about, like Clarke, North and Leahy. John Welborn: could be interesting if he has some pertinent evidence.
Seems Clyne is the teflon man. Never seen a chairman upstage a CEO as much as he did, until this inquiry started. But now he's the invisible man. Pulver seems to be favorite to go under the bus if anybody does.
JW was with Twiggy when they meet with Patsy when they offered the $50 M I think.
