That's the million-dollar question really isn't it? Who is Di's partner? If it is someone involved in Australian rugby, then isn't there a conflict of interest for both her and her partner?

That's the million-dollar question really isn't it? Who is Di's partner? If it is someone involved in Australian rugby, then isn't there a conflict of interest for both her and her partner?
This is bullsh1t.
Di has taken sick leave after taking her ball and going home after a cat fight over a farking t-shirt.
Spare me Mary mother of Jesus.
What a farking circus.
Sack the coach and the management.
This is not a professional set up.
Broom the joint. Keep the rugby players though.
This sh1t isn't acceptable for a group of men.
Gillard and krud are responsible for this bullsh1t. Di has self induced nausea and pulver is running around making excuses for this dozy b1tch and making sure her wellbeing is cared for. Better give her some long service leave as well or some compo for work related mental illness. She needs to be shown the door for fucking incompetence and destroying our rugby team. If link hired this nightmare he should be sacked as well. What a farking circus.
I have it from a very unreliable source that Di didn't take the flight when Link drove her to the airport. She doubled back and went to the game and it was her that was shining the laser from a grassy knoll.
From today's SMH http://www.smh.com.au/rugby-union/un...09-113xqz.html
Sounds as though Link is far from clean in this whole bloody fiasco and certainly has some explaining to do but that looks like being hidden. KB looks more like the fall guy for this silly woman's hurt feelings.
Time for Link to exit stage left!
This is what happens when you lose. The focus turns to all this nonsense. If this was related to some liaison or personal relationship as opposed to the Rugby stuff (which i don't know) then no reason that this needs to be made public - unless of course toys are being thrown out of prams. The ARU is looking pretty dysfunctional at the moment.
This sort of nonsense is why we lose.
Kurtley didn't have a meltdown over a t-shirt. This was the culmination and end point of a ever increasing interference from an idiot with a white paper on human behaviour who had been inappropriately employed to do a job she had no talent or ability in.
This incident is the equivalent of being told to mow the lawn by your mother in law when a rugby international between the wallabies and allblacks is about to kick off.
Poor management is toxic. Kurtley came off the back of a great season. He has been off the piss and in red hot form. He got lean and got his head right.
Enter incompetent management. His form dipped and after 3 months of getting niggles by some farking idiot over bullshit and the coach watching this shit worsen the bloke was on the edge. He was down after a test loss ans upset with his personal performance. It was not the time for the mother in law bossy niggle about bullshit.
Sack link. He is responsible for the idiot that has driven the team to the edge of despair. He also has not set guidelines for her role. The players resent her constant intrusion and interference.
Link has to walk.
Cheika should be national coach.
Kafer should be hired as strategic intelligence. I always wondered why he was in the wallabies because he was an ordinary player. The bloke is tactical genius.
However. If you're getting paid a fuckload per season, you bloody welllwear the shirt you're told to.
If I rocked up to work in a flanno I'd get told to put a different shirt on. We also have company a shirt we have to wear whilst travelling.
Essentially, if you're getting paid to be there - you do as your told.
Or if you prefer it in a different way.
Don't like it? Quit.
Could have been a similar situation to that picture of the All Blacks that was posted a week or so back and they were in civvies.
There are ways to say put your uniform on and ways to start a fight about it.
I also think long haul flights the day after your body has been smashed and you ache should allow for a little bit of leniancy.
No doubt both were at fault here but it shouldn't have turned into a fight on a commercial airline. Not good management. Seek first to understand. The seven habits of successful people. Kurtley may havehad a reason. If he did not it could have been dealt with at the other end after everybody had had a night's sleep in a comfortable bed. Kurtley, I noticed you weren't wearing your uniform on the flight. We laid out dress code standards at the start of the test season. Help me understand why you broke the code? (Good reason....ok kurtley, ill let it slide this time but you are representing your country and more importantly, you are representing me and the standards I have set for this group. We want to be the best in the world. Do you want to be part. of the team that wins the world cup? Yes? Well behaviours drive performance. we believe in you kurtley which is why I selected you. I need you to buy into team standards in future. Do you understand why I had to talk to you about this? Ok, let's put in a great effort today at training to show the lads you want to be part of this team. A few of the boys were upset you broke Protocol......or a poor answer....kurtley, that isn't a good enough reason. This is a mild misdemeanor and I don't want to make a big deal of this however you have broken agreed protocol. When you don't follow team standards you put me under pressure to take action. There is 42 people in this group who were in uniform. If I do nothing, I'm saying to them standards don't count. They expect me to do something about this and if I don't they will question my authority and leadership. So, because this is only a minor infringement, I will accept an apology from you. You will apologize to the team before traing today and you will tell them in future you will follow team standards. You will tell them the coach will drop me next time I breach team standards. Next time you are in breach of the standards we have set, you will be dropped for one test. That would be a shame because I believe in you. Don't make me do it. I don't want to drop you but I will. Standards drive performance. Do you understand? Say it back to me. What will happen next time? What will you do before training today?
No need for mile high hand bags.
Thinking of the way the Force have managed to turn things around a bit this year, I wonder if Kurtley Beale might benefit from coming here instead? Could be worth seeing the effect Foley, Hodgo and the current team ethic have on him.
won't happen,thankfully
Not KB but I did notice that Freuen, excuse spelling, has lost his gig at the 'Saders as SBW is back for some $$$. I must say I wouldn't mind seeing him If and when he's fit again.
Facts never get in the way of a good story around here Shasta ;)
Sorry wrong team but same result. http://www.planetrugby.com/story/0,2...511123,00.html
Yep, at his best he's a fantastic player any team would like in their midfield. But I wonder what his health outlook is. He's had about three lots of heart surgery now I think. No doubt HQ would check that out. Even when he was playing great for the Crusaders he struggled to get 80 mins due to shortness of breath IIRC. Pity, that.
