Let me know how you go with that. I wouldn't think polite would be very easy.

Wallabies coach Micheal Cheika has found an unusual training method as he prepares his side for the start of next month's Rugby Championship - forcing his players to train with their mouths taped shut.
With the Australian squad assembled in Newcastle, the Wallabies coach made his players run uphill with tape over their mouths.
The exercise is designed to force the players to have to breathe through their nose instead of their mouths, hoping to build fitness in preparation for facing the likes of the All Blacks, South Africa and Argentina.
Halfback Nick Phipps said the exercise would help the Wallabies be ready for taking on the All Blacks in the Rugby Championship opener in Sydney on August 19.
"We just want to make sure that we're as best as we can possibly be for the first game," Phipps told the Sydney Morning Herald.
"If we're not ready to be physically as good as we can be by the first Bledisloe, we're wasting our time. We've got to be ready to go."

Pity they didn't do this to a few of the more outspoken "stars" years ago

The referees association has requested T J Perenara to play all matches taped up as well. Deadset.
Well we've seen Brett Harris come up with some dribble at times but this takes the cake. Probably a marble cake as Harris seems to have lost his.............
It’s time for a radical solution for the Western Force

The Western Force should switch codes and join the NRL.
The legal battle between the ARU and the Force could go to the High Court, while the Super Rugby team’s billionaire backer Andrew “Twiggy” Forrest is continuing to apply pressure to overturn the decision to cull the club.
If the Force fails in its bid to remain in Super Rugby, it will have to consider its options. What is at stake is not just the future of rugby in Western Australia, but also the Western Force brand.
The Force have already indicated they will explore opportunities to play in an Asian rugby competition and this would be a good option, depending on the status of the competition.

Get off the drugs Brett
I couldn't even be bothered with a single post. Is this REALLY what the eastern states has degenerated to?
Just shows how little Bret Harris knows about what it is to be a Rugby UNION supporter!
Had to check the date a couple of times to make sure it wasn't April 1st :S
Today is April 1st as Panda-man has written a piece questioning whether Hooper is the best Tah of all time.
Actually I think he does fit into my definition of best tahs.
To me tahs means excessive hype without substance.
He certainly challenges cliff Paul, will Skelton and kurtley Beale on that front
In that esteemed list of entitled powder puffs, how could you forgot Dean Mumm?
I've got nothing against NSW player's, many are great, some play here (Hodgo,Big Dog et al). Some are even ex-Tahs (TPN, Coleman et al).
I've got EVERYTHING against the Tahs organisation, and everything it stands for. Tahs isn't NSW, or even Sydney. It's a coven.
Has Pin Verbeek given tonights game plan?
