I will be bringing it along, see how we go.

blocked drains...
guess what i'll be doing after work tomorrow... I'm thankful that at least it isn't the sewage line
similar situation--ours is!
What size pipe?
Sounds like licensed plumbing work to me!
So this has turned into replacing all lines from bath, basin & shower into the DG join. Opened up one U-Bend and it shattered, fell onto another and shattered that one too. Third one is getting done now so it doesn't bite me later.
What would a long weekend be without a wee project hey?
Aren't you supposed to get a licensed plumber to do that sort of work? Certainly would in WA! Can't even touch a tap washer in your own home here.
Bah, nothing to plumbing, its like big leggo, dunny divers are over rated.
Surely you can change a tap washer?!?!
Too late for a plumber now. It's already done exactly the same way as a plumber would have done it.
Believe me - if I was smarter I'd have been either a plumber or an electrician so I could always work for myself out of a van.
(And charge poor buggers $50 per 15 mins or part thereof)
Plumber's mantra "REPLACE EVERYTHING" Hot water heater needs a $10 part - replace the hot water heater (..they'll never know)
