Great start for Beale. No look pass to the kid in row 25.
Great pass from Folau for the first Waratahs try.
fickle fans bailed on the tahs @75 mins.
commentators are talking after the game like the wheels just fell off as well. "how are they going to get the season back on track"
37 000 at Ellis Park last night - improvement on the 6000 crowds they were getting a few years ago.
That's a great crowd.
Being dumped from Super Rugby two years ago might have put some motivation into the supporters.
A few wins this year would have helped as well mind you.
Yeah, good to see them getting those sort of crowds. And shows that you don't need a team of superstars to do well in Super Rugby. I thought they did well again last night to hold the Sharks out. Maybe the model the Force should be following...?
I wonder if the Joburg sleeping giant is finally awakening?
I see that Dillyn Leyds is now pretty much a regular in the Stormers squad and playing great rugby. Great to see him doing so well. Sorry he left us :-((
Hi Scozzie and Alli
As I posted in other threads and what many other folks here have said. We need to see the others in the squad as it seems a large % of players who have left the force and have never really had a shot here get the chance elsewhere and give it a good shot. Give it there best and turn out quite reasonable players... Come on Foles let the cats loose among the pidgeons
Watching the 'Canes game, so impressed by the way all their players strive to make ground and elude the tackle, forwards and backs. Very seldom see them just take the tackle and go to ground...
Watching the Brumbies v Rebels ,The Brumbies better pull out there finger in the 2nd half if they have any chance of winning.
Looks like they didn't pull their finger out. Brumbies were lacking in attack and maybe shows their depth (in the backs at least) isn't that great.
No wonder the ref didn't want to talk to Moore over that "ruck" penalty against Pocock. Having a good game apart from that clanger.
