Thanks Gerry will have a look.
Saw this from Wayne Smith earlier sticking to his word that IPRC eligibility is a done deal
They’re coming home! Kieran Longbottom is coming back from England to rejoin the Western Force. He’s a WA local and was on line to play for the Wallabies when he left. But according to Rugby Australia he can be considered for Wallabies now.
Just viewing the ASF powerpoint. Page 7 the ASF received 63% of their donations from Victoria. There can't be that many Imperium Unit Trusts and Infrastructure Victoria funding.
As for the Australian Rugby Foundation that 50 million would have come handy.
They really have, Andrew. Bob Hunter and his team, plus John Edwards and his board have done an AMAZING job. Andrew Forrest and his Minderoo team have been AWESOME too.
We have a fantastic group of people leading us!!
I did notice this in the NRC document:
• Team Name: Western Force.
Guess that's settled then
I'm not keen on it myself, but it does make an in-your-face statement that can't be ignored
Was never in doubt...never heard anything about getting access to the Spirit IP.
Anyone know what the story is with the NRC being "7 teams (including Fiji Drua)"? Is that just awkwardly worded, or have they actually dumped two teams? Tell me they've merged the Vikings and Rising......
NSW has dropped a team for the NRC
On the women's side we finally have the home Super W fixtures...
- 11/3 at Cottesloe
- 31/3 at Wanneroo
3 spots for female players in the Future Force by the look of it too.
The women's sevens side will also make a return at this year's nationals, with "aspirations" (whatever that entails) to having an AON 7s franchise.
Are the Rebels likely to flog the Rugby WA Vision and Plan and re-badge it as their own?
