I must admit my putting Sir Nathan's name forward was more heart over head but I am unrepentant
It hurt to say no, but number of world cup wins makes it pretty much a one horse race.
That has actually swayed a lot of my thinking, the Wallabies, to my mind, don't figure as much of a force in world rugby before the inception of that tournament, our golden years being between 1991 and 1999. I guess that's why the majority of my picks come from around that time.
Eales and Farr Jones, World cup winning captains, Ella, revolutionized the game, surely worthy of a Jersey and Campese, or Burke, or Lynagh or Catchpole......the fourth spot is a difficult one to pick!
I must admit I rely a lot on what old people tell me for some of my picks.
Catchpole deserves a spot.
Barely surviving his leg being ripped off his groin by kiwi thug "Pinetree" Meads because the All blacks were petrified of him is good enough reason in my book
Gregan will be in before Sharpie for sure.
Gen Y attitude. Too lazy to do the research. :P
