Of course. It's a stretch but the Force can still get into the finals. It would be crazy to leave Digby out.
Haig for mine, thanks, but it's bye for now Digby.
No. I've already wished Digby well. But our club needs to get on with developing Haig Sare now.
Who really wins when you bench someone for leaving. Play your best team.
That's not the issue. Develop the player likely to be his replacement.Quote:

So our "best" team would have Haig in the mix.
stapleton!!! on the bench and say bibi to diggers
Well, I guess it's not Victoria Bitter anymore...
The question I heard was does he deserve to be picked. To drop him for any other reason than "There's someone more talented" is probably not a good reason. They might as well get their moneys worth, and anyone whos shitty over him leaving can hope he gets injured or something.
You'd mess with the lineup, backline cohesion and a slim slim semi chance for that?Quote:

But he has missed out with Josh Valentine returning to the starting lineup and Brett Sheehan named on the bench after both recovered from injury."
...and personally, I don't think they have picked their best 22 in this case. There could certainly be some "payback" at play here and I don't likes it one bit.
In my opinion, he's still part of The Force until the end of this season, if he's the best man for the job, pick him. If he isn't, then don't.
...............what about the following week???
