For the Movie Buffs
Yes, Netflix is coming to Australia officially this year. But for those that use it now, paying US prices and getting programs when they want it, not months after US viewers or when Foxtel deems we can, there could be a temporary break in the service in Aus ... similar to what they did to Hulu recently.

That said, by the time it arrives in Aus it's sure to be a cut down version of the US service due to regional rights deals.

It'll be more like Aus FTA but by subscription. At least for the next decade or so

Even though Netflix have tried to crack down on Aussies using a VPN to use it. I'm still fine. Stopped once before New Years and I got around it.
Will do it again too. Not gonna use their shitty watered down version when I can pay for the real thing.

Yeah, I haven't experienced any problems yet either. I hope we can still keep using it once the Aus version is here. At $11.99 a month for 4 screens at a time incl HD , it's pretty good value and the whole family's happy. OD'd on Black List over the break!
