Not sure how bad it is but I have just had word that ARU Player of the Year Nathan Sharpe has split his head open at training here in Perth and is unable to attend a sponsors luncheon later today.

If it's only his head then he'll be fine.

They go into the first of three camps on Tuesday in Manly so i guess he headed straight back here after the awards night...can't imagine what training he'd be doing though to split his head...

RWC squad departs OZ on Aug 23rd - before they go they get training time at home with families and 2 camps away 1 in Sydney and 1 ? - they will be away from home for a long time - also there is something called the backup RWc squad - don't know what this is
