120 Singapore school boys flew into Perth for a tournament against Joondalup Brothers Junior sides today (90 boys from top rugby school St Andrews Collage in Singapore and 30 under 16's Singapore State SchoolBoys team).
4 games were played under 11's, under 14's (2 teams) and a under 16's.
For those that are interested Joondalup won the under 16's 28-10 1 try each to Kaleb Brown and Anton Poczwa, 2 tries by state Hooker Tom Stott - the visitors scored 2 tries courtesy of Ashraf and Zaheed.
Under 14's A side Joodalup won 70-0
Under 14's B side a draw 10-10
Under 11's Joodalup won 30-0
The abiding memory of the afternoon will be lots of grinning faces (parents included) and the way the visitors enjoyed their gifts courtesy of RugbyWa (Western Force merchandise ) judging by the way the young lads were clutching their goodies the Force has secured several more fans.
St Andrew's have invited Joondalup to a rematch in Singapore next year.
