Ocean Reef High School wish create an elite Rugby program.

Ocean Reef High School is located at Venturi Drive, Ocean Reef.
The program is being run within RugbyWA guide and will receive support from Wanneroo and Joondalup Brothers Rugby clubs.

Another thing Eddie Jones got wrong. REcently lamented the lack of development of youth - touting that we need to learn from League...

With Ocean Reef, Aranmore (switched to Union), at least 4 develpment officers in the field, and the Force Academy I think WA could be heading the right way.
