    Joondalup Win in All Grades

Yesterday all grades in Joondalup Rugby Club won at home:

Colts won 17- 3 against Cottesloe
6th grade won 14-3 against Uni
5th grade won 29-7 against Cottesloe
3rd grade won 50-18 against Cottesloe

Not a bad effort 6th grade letting the club down at the moment after a narrow defeat against Bunbury 22-19 last week currently the only team not to have 2 from 2 but they did manage to get a bonus point

    Cool World Domination

I heard that if the 2006 Club Champions Joondalup won in all grades the President would shower with all the players.
I guess we'll all find out why he's called Pistol Pete!

The Brothers are invincible, Premier Rugby is coming to the Far North and then....WORLD DOMINATION...(demonic laughter) HA, HA, HA....
...whoops I don't think anybody noticed that I've sold my soul to the Rugby Devil....quick

Is that a try scoring s*x machine?

It was a classic try - John Mitchell would have been impressed with the prefect passing at a range of 2 feet 6 players passed the ball left to him and he sort of collapsed on the opposition to get through (suspect that they dodged the tackle on the grounds of wishing to walk again ) - amazingly generous players these joondalup guys can't think why they put up with him - believe it or not he was joint highest try scorer (with 2 other guys ) last year mad stuff - really good fun lads out for a laugh !

You can't get away with that one TQ1. Joint highest try scorer! Isn't it true Joondalup 6ths only scored 3 tries all last season??

FS you could well be correct - like many other events to do with the 6th grade the other two tries could well have been creations from the third half

I will now quash the rumour that we can't score tries. We can only score them in the second half though, must be our superior stamina and fitness at the elite level of Rugby played in the 6th grade!

I have played all threespots up front, usually individually, although once or twice i have played all three in one game, but generally i played tight head more often than not..
If i can get to Wanneroo (kingsway) i will try to catch up with you, but as the roo dogs are my old crew it might take a while to get around to having a coldie with you, but i will try...

FW is the only player I know who can make up an entire front row all by himself, at the same time. Fearsome.

Front Row we are playing the Roo Dogs at Rosalie as their 1st, 2nd and 4th and our 3rd and 5th grade are all playing Wests.

Wanneroo have stretch themselves this year, so their 6th grade needs to back up their 4th grade, so the 6th grade contest is at Wests - maybe you should get your boots back on for Wanneroo?

Fulv all front rowers are awesome and fearsome.
Especially Hookers - anyone who goes into a scrum without having their dooks avaliable has got to be fearless!
