2007 Challenge Cup
The RugbyWA Challenge Cup will be conducted over three consecutive weekends, commencing on 3 March 2007, with all matches being hosted at Rugby Park and played in a double header format. There have been four teams selected comprising of players and management made up from the ten HBS 1st Grade clubs, Emirates Western Force players, Firepower Academy players and other invited players.

At the end of the three round competition a squad will be selected for the RugbyWA Perth gold side which will tour Japan in July. The Program is headed up by Academy Head Coach Geoff Townsend. The Perth Gold will be coached by Rockingham and Kolbe College coach Willi Van Dyke who also has coached the state under 19 side in 2004 & 2005.
