As am I coach.... I doubt we will hear anything as hopefully he has been smashed from all corners with emails from members of TWF....

PS Had to use my personal email address to msg him didnt think would be appropriate for me to abuse him from my rugbywa work email as would probably cause a bigger shit storm lol

Well all I can say is, Scotty knew what he did and graciously accepted his sanction. He opened the door for Hodgo to have a crack and the young fella had a blinder. Scotty will be back this week, ready to rip some limbs off of lions and Hodgo might just have played himself into a spot. This would have to be the best result Mitch could have conjured up.
1 NO ONE gets a free ride on this team, you ALL work for your spot.
2 we didn't lose the game
3 the 'boozy culture' that Anton Oliver was talking about obviously didn't originate with the coach
4 We blooded some awesome young talent
5 (did I mention we won a game against pretty big odds)
6 the team rules have now been set in stone and EVERYONE will understand the importance of the team now
    7 We're gunna kick a$$ on Saturday!

I just got a reply from Kim.

Thanks for taking time to make an informed opinion from the/my Sunday Times Column.
I'm sure you will appreciate that such a column is formed through my own opinion on matters relating to sport in general, even though my speciality is Aussie Rules and we do have specialists covering the likes of rugby.
Despite those specialists covering the game so comprehensively and well, there remains scope and a right to have other opinions on the game, it's personnel and how they run?

All the very best for your own edneavours and for the Force to achieve what they promise.

Probably best to not write the article before the results from the weekend are known though hey Kim
Just goes to show the credability of his "opinion" then...

Wow, did he just say that because the Sunday Times has specialist Rugby reporters we should group his (ill) informed comments covering "the likes of" Rugby as specialist comments too?

I know a few doctors - does this mean I'm qualified to publish medical journals on brain surgery?

Thanks for taking time to read and subsequently respond to the/my Sunday Times column of last weekend (February 18).
It needs only to be pointed out that anything in that particular column is of my own opinion and therefore the difference between your own and my views in relation to the (Serve) piece.

All the best for your own endeavours and for the Force to achieve what they promise in 2007 and beyond.

I guess it is actually "professional" that he replies at all.

What should we expect as a reply??......"Oh sorry, I screwed up and shouldn't have published such an uninformed load of diatribe!" - NOT

This is the one I meant about the incorrect use of the apostrophe.
I am a pedantic bugger, always have been.
