Frustrations...

At Government Departments who have to wait 28 days for something that is lost to be re-printed and given to me as a Proof of Age Card.

Was produced on the 30th January (the day I went into the licensing centre) and despite not getting it yet.

I have to wait another 28 days or go to the licensing centre that I bought it from and see if they will produce another one for me.

Ineptitude...
