    Just how quick is Stapleton?!?!

    From ARU Report:

Australian Schoolboys Coach Pat Langtry has been forced to make a late change after Brett Stapleton injured a hamstring while winning the 100 metres final at the QLD GPS Track and Field Championship on the weekend.
Stapleton injured his hamstring 30 metres out from the finish line, but still managed to finish and win the event in a time of 10.69 seconds, just 0.01 seconds outside the event record. The weekend before he had set a new personal best of 10.27 seconds.

Crikey, imagine that coming down the wing when he "grows up"!!!
Might even make a bid for a bench spot this season if his hammie holds up?

I saw these track times. His previous personal best was something like 10.33 which he ran when he was 16! Incredible!

Fair call bg but without seeing him play I assume from his Aus Schoolboys selection he is well on his way in that department as well?
