    I've just forked out $120 to get a gold card for my sat TV (live remote WA hence satellite) so I can get Eastern States broadcast!
    I'm sure that Fox will replay it within 36 hours of the match, they normally show it around mid morning the following day.
    As worthy a cause as Telethon may be, it's just not good enough these free to air broadcasters that pick up the premium sports and then don't do them justice, whether they don't show them live, don't send their own commentators or just don't bother showing it to certain audiences around Australia.

    Angry

    This is all pretty sad! So unless I have sat TV - I can't see the match in WA for at least a day or so?
    Wonder if it would be the same if the Wallabies were on a 6 game winning streak...

    What's satellite TV worth, Burgs?

    Not sure Coach, we get it at a major discount from living in a remote location and not having normal access to TV.
    If you're serious I could probably find out, I would seriously consider it if I was down south. Apparently a lot of Geraldton people have installed it so they get more options than just WIN and GWN.
    Get to watch State of Origin, AFL etc live and get late night shows earlier in the night.

    Welcome to the forum Cono, hope you enjoy your time here and feel free to keep bringing good news like this when possible!
    Sounds like it would be a great night out and would be there if closer to Perth, I'm sure they'll get a good turn out on the night.

    Excellent! Thanks for the welcome information Cono!

    I've just been having a look at the Sentana home page, other WA venues who may also have the feed are:

    Rosie O'Grady's, 205 James St Northbridge - 9328 1488 (TBC);
    The Civic Hotel, 981 Beaufort St Inglewood, - 9272 1011 (TBC);
    Moondyne Joe's, 73 Wray Avenue, Fremantle -9430 5513

    TBC probably means To Be Confirmed, so I'd give them a call first!

    For venues in other states, check Here

    I wish Sentana would do a package for the home and maybe foxsport will have to put it's house in order!

    It wasn't the way I wanted to say it, but this software won't let you swear, b@$+@rd thing!

    I must admit I am pretty upset at the fact the match wasn't shown live in Perth. Quite a dismal effort it you ask me.

    It's a disgrace! That's the second time that the Wallabies games has been cancelled on chan 7 in a year!
    What are the obligations from a broadcaster who purchases the rights to show rugby.
