No excuse, but I think the expected towelling at scrum time took its toll. Winning some of their lineouts plus their errors kept us on top. Starved of possession all second half and went from a confident side to rabbits in the headlights.
With all our outs I thought we'd lose by 7-15. Groundhog Day again.

Well I was enjoying the game when it was 5-14 suddenly I was looking at the Plank and others and a score line of 48-38 or some such!
Stan’s inability to let you see where you’re going when fast forwarding or rewinding is frustrating. As for just jumping to live whilst watching recording is bloody annoying. Stan is just not very good and I’m not that impressed but in this case it looks as though it saved me a lot of angst!

Well that all unraveled quick smart...
There was a lot to like about the first 39 minutes, but the next 6 picked the scab, basically used up the resolve they might have held for the second half.
If only the first half just ended peacefully without a thousand resets. At least they avoided a card.
Out fourth string props are clearly off the pace, as would be expected of any of the franchises.
The sooner we can play the Tahs the better...
