Chat Report - 20 September 2006

Hello again everyone.

I wasn't able to make last weeks chat but as i was able to make last night's one, Exile has informed me it is my job to write the chat report again.

Chat got off to a slow start this week when it was only X, TLH and myself and we were talking about gardening, X having trouble with how much direct sunlight a fern can take. Mrs TLH jumped on and tried her best to help him before rushing off to pack for her trip to Broome.
A few more people arrived in chat (all women) and X wasn't too impress with the 'chick fest' that was TWF chat last night. When Evie arrived everyone praised her wonderful efforts with her updates of the Force vs Brumbies game. Thanks heaps again Evie.

As Em and Happy were no where to be seen last night I was responsible for the bar and unfortunately i had to refuse to serve our little matty who is only 13 after all. After giving him a virtual coke in a little kiddies cup, i had the virtual contents thrown in my face and matt left chat in protest. Every time he tried to come back in, either Exile, Coach or myself would boot him back out again. The tension was intense and after having the hard word put on him, matt apologised. It wasn't a serious issue... but it sure was fun making him squirm.

Not a lot happened after that. Not unless you count an hour or so of talking about food with Tragic manning the virtual BBQ to feed the hungry punters something. There were a couple of quizzes but Quiz Em wasn't the most popular of attendees after a few dodgy questions and no sympathy for those of us who can't spell. TLH especially was not impressed.

We also had a visit from two of TWF's favourite scapegoats which seemed to appear just as Sage disappeared... a coinsidence? perhaps.

I think that was it. If I've missed anything or anyone then i'm really sorry but feel free to post what i missed.

Was a pleasure again being able to write the report. Enjoy

lol .. no I assure you there was no crawling involved.

Just doing my usual mid week rounds to catch up with people and enjoy a few Magners.

Sorry for not popping in last night.. I did mean to but time got away from me!

RugbyFan, you asked me yesterday if I was going to the Palmyra presentation night on Saturday. Yes I am.

I couldn't reply at the time as I got a message to the effect that the pager (whatever that is) response was barred, and I was unable to speak into the chat at the time you were still on it (Coach eventually showed me how).

Fulvio, i was outsourced to do the video presentations for the palmyra rugby dinner. Hope you like it, music was not my choice, you will probably recognise some of the clips, as i borrowed them from the pg hampshire dinner ones. haha
