i wish i bet more on the reds now
put 200 on them to win so got 2000 for my efforts.

but i didn't really want to see them win though. feeling a little sorry for the tahs right now... no one wants to get beaten by the reds! that's just embarrassing...

Well right now it seems like the whatever team I barrick for is bound to lose, so of course the Force are screwed next week.

Just curious what your source is on that? Seems a little odd that the team with the most points won't host the final?

It's to make up for the fact we were duded any Home Games in the round robin.
A bit like Country Leagues where you know where the Final is to be before a ball is touched in anger.

Given the track record of this years "APC" I hope Peter O'Meara is lugging around a stone tablet with that "deal" engraved on it.

It is true, finish 1st or 2nd and we get the final here on Friday 29 September at MES.

Well that's certainly good news for you guys, definitely a chance of getting second too. The Tahs have an awful lot of work to get that 2nd spot (somewhere in the vicinity of a bonus point win by 34+ against the Force).... So I'd say you've got it wrapped up.

Mind you the Brumbies could be cheeky bastards and let the reds lose by less than 7, making sure the final is played in Canberra.

    Ladder updated here http://thewholeforce.com/view.php?pg=apcladder

To get at least 2nd position, the Force have to perform against the Waratahs no worse than the Reds perform against the Brumbies.

Really, I think the 'tahs should lose to us on principal just to stop the Reds getting into the finals...

To make it real clear "If The Force beat the Tahs with a bonus point AND the Reds beat Brumbies by more than 20 points PLUS The Forces winning margin against the Tahs then The Force will miss out. Also if The Force lose by more than 7 and Reds win by heaps we will also miss out........I think

To miss Out on a Finals Berth:
If we lose, and they win - we miss out
If we lose by more than 7 and they lose by less than 7 - we miss out
If we lose by more than 7 with less than 4 tries, and the lose by more than 7, but score at least 4 tries - we miss out
If we lose by less than 7 with less than 4 tries and they lose by less than 7 and they score at least 4 tries - we miss out
If they lose by more than 7, and we lose by more than 20 + what the Reds lost by - we miss out

We have to perform as well as the reds - but we get a 20 point scoreline differential in our favor

All other scenarios, we will get a finals berth

    I think ...
