    2007 Rugby Trips

As most of you will know we have considered a few different rugby trips for next year and yet another has reared it's head.

IRB 7's in Adelaide over Easter weeeknd at start of April.

NZ/ACT - Force V Crusaders (Christchurch), Force V Chiefs (Hamilton), Force V Brumbies (Canberra) over three weekends (20-22 day tour) at end of April beginning May.

NSW/ACT - Force V Waratahs (Sydney) and Brumbies V Bulls (Canberra) over the (WA) long weekend 4-7 March.

And then of course is Rugby World Cup in France in September/October.

I've changed my mind that many times a decision needs to be made and NSW/ACT is winning the race. Return airfares from Perth avaialble now for $165 each way....that's only $330 return.

Would anyone else be interested in heading over east for the weekend?

    I will be doing;
First game of the Season in Perth
    IRB Sevens at Easter
    Force v Warratahs
Brumbies V Force (I forgot this one)

any more then that would see Mrs Exile having some very harsh words.

I have been nagging dad to take me to the World Cup since the final of the last one... but he says no because I can't go to the pub after. Well he has promised to take me to 2011

I am likley to go to a SA vs AB's test in New Zealand next year and hopefully catch a Wallabies game as well. Well the rest will be whatever I can see around Perth. 7 Force games, Hopefully some APC matches, Fiji Test....

Guys it would just make you drool if you knew how much rugby I am planning to take in this year, although to be fair I would give up a lot of them to experience a win at Subiaco.

I am heading to Sydney/ACT in March and have just had word from Tahs that the Force V Tahs will be on Friday Night 2 March and then Brumbies on Saturday Night 3 March. Anyone else making the trip East? You can book $330 return fares at the moment on Virgin!! That's Perth Sydney Perth $330

Hey TIF, does your Force Membership give you any rights at the away venues? Buying better tickets etc?

They didn't last year in NZ or the Tahs match I went to, although we did get tickets for Dunedin compliments of The Force and had others organised from a friend of Sparkos who was Head of West Coast Rugby in NZ plus we were in the Holden Corp Box for Crusaders from another contact.

Sage has offered to look after my ticket purchases being a Tahs member, so it should all work out well.

I think I might be in Sydney (meeting Jedi and I assume sundry others...) for the Force v Tahs match, then on to Perth where I hope to catch a few Force matches before Jedi kicks me out and sends me back to Scotland!
    Can't wait!!!
