In line with the thread on who is stepping up and presenting as a possability to go on to a contract with the Force
( http://thewholeforce.com/showthread.php?t=4096 ) is the system working for the Clubs?
By that I mean are the Clubs benefitting from the extra training/tuition and higher quality matches their top players are getting.
Did the experiences gained by those local players who toured South Africa "come home" to benefit their peers?
For example, back in my school days there was always a definate lift in standard in any player who toured with the WA Juniors or Schoolboys when they came back and this was often shared with their school team mates.
Or, are they getting burnt out from too great a work load on Amateur Athletes?
I understand there to be some concerns re Force allocation and availability etc but for now lets keep this about the local players and their development.
