Lathlain Park should be free - I doubt the Eagles will be going back to training for a bit.

Lilac Hill up in Guildford, or are all of the pitches being used now it's cricket season?

Leederville Oval, Claremont Oval, Bassendean Oval, Joondalup Arena, they've all got reasonable facilities and stands, haven't they?

i attended a glory FFA match there this year and, apart from the 'grandstand', the rest of the crowd have no elevation whatsoever.
i will be outside selling milk crates before the match.

then i will go home (or pub) and watch it in comfort on the tv.

unless TIF organises a home open in one of those apartments overlooking the ground
Would 4k even be enough. There must have been close to 3500 for the last few NRC games, so now that we are in the finals and will probably get a higher attendance we are stuck playing in tiny stadium with half the fans forced to watch outside the gates....hmmmmmmmm

Leederville or Bassendean would be better, with central location, parking and hilly viewing.

God no. Not Joondalup Arena I remember when they played there before. Bloody awful - it's a footy oval for God's sake.

You know, if they really want a hill, one of the best is actually at Balga Cricket Club!!!

A cunning ploy. I wonder what name was used in the CBA specifically guaranteeing their involvement in the NRC. Not that RA would ever dream of invoking a loophole, of course...

In all honesty someone needs to sort this out. It's potentially going to be a finals game and we are going to end up playing it in some unheard of shitbox that probably wont be able to fit everyone into it either.

Does anybody know how much it actually costs to make one of those temporary rugby stadia like they in Brazil for the Olympic Sevens?

Would it really be cheaper than NIB?

You can just sense that Lark Hill is going to snatch this and score this final, it meets all the criteria, and ofcourse you inner city/ North of the river "die hard sea of blue supporters" will have your loyalty tested. Can and will you travel 50km's down a freeway to watch your beloved "Western" , not Perth, Force team play in another Western Australian location other than the few suburbs north of the swan? Forget the Rugby, that is the true test for the Sea of Blue!

This would carry more weight if it didn't come from the guy who, literally every time, suggests a game be played at lark Hill. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to hit the game up just round the corner from home but any extremity is a hard sell for 50% of perth
