Will be interesting to see how Cornelsen goes. I am surprised that he hasn't got a contract in Australia. Been years since I last saw Dan Heenan play.

What’s the comment I’ve seen that Alcock has gone to Clermont? And he’s not named in the squad or is he injured? He’s been playing the house down!

Haven't seen that but I heard he has a head injury. He signed for two years I seem to remember.

Former Wallabies coach Robbie Deans believes the Super Rugby horse has bolted and World Series Rugby is ideally placed to take a big chunk of the market.

Deans, now coaching Japan Top League side Panasonic Wild Knights, who face Western Force in tomorrow night’s WSR clash at nib Stadium, said change was inevitable.....

Force starting side: Cameron Orr, Heath Tessmann, Chris Heiberg, Leon Power, Jeremy Thrush, Harrison Orr, Tevin Ferris, Brynard Stander, Ian Prior (c), Andrew Deegan, Brad Lacey, Henry Taefu, Marcel Brache, Clay Uyen, Jack McGregor. Reserves: Feleti Kaitu’u, Harrison Lloyd, Kieran Longbottom, Fergus Lee-Warner, Henry Stowers, Issak Fines, Peter Grant, George Pisi.

Western Force v Panasonic Wild Knights Team List
    August 15, 2018

The Force have named seven changes to their squad ahead of Friday nights hit out against the Panasonic Wild Knights in the last game of World Series Rugby 2018.

Jack McGregor’s excellent form scoring a duo of tries in last Friday’s game against the Hong Kong Dragons has seen him keep his starting position as fullback.

Kalgoorlie kid, Clay Uyen, will also retain his position on the wing opposite Marcel Brache after another stand out performance against the Dragons saw him score two of the seven tries.

Star Flyhalf Andrew Deegan will return this game after the playing for the Barbarian pre-Bledisloe trial team moving Peter Grant onto the bench.

Last weeks first starter Cameron Orr will keep his position as the loosehead prop with Harrison Lloyd returning this game to start in reserves replacing Markus Vanzati.

Feleti Kaitu’u will start on the bench, recovered from a hamstring injury, rotating out Harry Scoble.

Masivesi Dakuwaqa will not get up for this game as he recovers from game five’s pre-match warm-up hamstring injury. Tom Sheminant’s shoulder and Rod Davies’ knee keeps the pair unavailable for this game. Flanker Chris Alcock is recovering from a head knock and will sit out for this match.

Locks Jeremy Thrush and Leon Power have swapped positions to accommodate for new scrum positions.

In: Andrew Deegan, Feleti Kaiutu’u, Harrison Lloyd.
Out: Harry Scoble, Markus Vanzati, Rodney Iona, AJ Alatimu.
