Who does that leave the ACT with? Peni?

He has another season on his deal but so did Richie Arnold. I will be letting Peni go he has been as effective as Karmichael Hunt has this season. In a narrowed down squad next season you can't have a player out with multiple suspensions.

The Force players that joined the Brumbies this year were:
    Richie Arnold (Japan)
    Mees Erasmus (Rabble)
    James Verity-Amm (Rabble)
    Naisarani (Rabble)
    Peni

To me Erasmus should have stayed in Canberra as the Brumbies will be losing at least two props and Ben Alexander hasn't resigned. He was more likely to get game time next year on a full contract at the Brumbies after a full NRC season with the Vikings (the Vikings don't select players who are leaving). Bad decision.

Reg posted on the G&G forum that Nick Jooste is moving back to Perth immediately.

Seems a bit odd that our Force boys are being pulled together as a group even more ((even if it is the Rebels). Makes me wonder what’s in the wind.

Best guess, purely based on Rebels turnover and how many genuinely quality players they have developed from elsewhere, is that Force talent ID is streets ahead of Melbourne and Wessels sees those players being better than what he has at his disposal. That isn't necessarily a dig on the Rebels. I feel like we had good early talent ID, lost it around 2009 only to regain around 2014. A shame as it was hitting its straps last year.

Probably to build a stronger Rising side as they really struggled last year and have lost McGregor who was one of their very few standouts. Debreczeni has gone to NZ to play NPC. He was only an EPS player this year which shouldn't have been allowed. You just can't demote a player that has been on a full contract to a lesser squad member deal at the same team.

Do we even know what is happening with the NRC? I believe it is in the players and coaches contracts that they can go back to Perth for that comp.

The Brumbies had to release players as squad numbers are going down and McKellar wants to recruit players that suit what they are trying to achieve in terms of playing style. With that in mind it suits Muirhead more than Peni. Muirhead hasn't put a foot wrong with ball in hand and has the advantage of having a strong boot which is rare in Australian Rugby.

Jeez it makes me sick seeing talented up and coming young ex Force players having to leave Australia or sit on the sidelines trying to get a game of rugby . I had visions of the Arnold twins packing down together in a Wallabies Jersey...they certainly had the talent to do so . So much wasted opportunity from some crap administration. Fucking disappointing.

Moving to another city so soon can't be good for the players. If Mees is stuck in club Rugby again next year I would ask for a release back to the Brumbies as they wanted to keep him.

He and James Verity-Amm had to live with a family as the Brumbies couldn't find them a place to stay. How many Force players that went to Melbourne had to endure that as a lot of them didn't have contracts?

Oh but I wish it were that simple. Since it was a Trust, there is no requirement to list the unit holders. A very private arrangement that one

Tim North said it is available through an ASIC search I believe I have found the document he was referring to.

In July 2014 Cox moved his shares from Imperium Hospitality Group Pty Ltd to Praetorian Private Equity Pty Ltd. We know little about Praetorian and whether there are trust holders.

In August 2014 on the Praetorian ASIC search there were changes to company details made then.
