Did I miss the public announcement, or is this it?

I'm not sure if commiserations or congrats are in order!

Been a very busy week for the folk at HQ.

    Following is now official:

Scott Staniforth has resigned as Player's Representative on the board. He has been absolutely fantastic these past few years, especially last year.
David Vaux - Our appointed board member, ex UWA and living in Sydney has also resigned. He will be missed, he took our battle right into ARU's HQ. Super hard worker in enemy territory - amazing guy.
Tony Howarth - Chairman - Saw us through VA and worked incredibly hard behind the scenes after taking over from Dr. Russel Perry.

So, we asked Alison to join us and continue to be the voice of the Sea of Blue on the board. Craig Smith-Gander also comes on board with his huge experience in Sports Admin and director of the Future Force Foundation.

Scottie's position as player's rep. is a bit redundant now that we have no Professional Team, but we need to think how fill this spot.

Congratulations Alison. There is no-one better to assist our team going forward. Well done!

Alison's role will be to appraise the board on fan engagement, keep fan expectations on the agenda and represent a major stakeholder. Alison's forensic examination of the ARU's accounts over the past number of years also provides the board with two aspects - 1 to make sure we keep our house in order and 2 we have someone who can question RA's annual reports. Even though we have had our team wrenched unfairly from us, we are still a member of the Australian Union and have a single voice to express.

After some time our Chairman thought that maybe being there would be better than not being there. To my knowledge - unless some very recent changes occurred - John is the only member of RugbyWA over there. He has also made the trip at his own personal expense as he has all recent trips to Sydney. I can confirm there is no meeting scheduled, discussion to be had on any aspect with respect to RugbyWA and the Rebels. John is not there on any official capacity, he has taken up the CEO's offer of hospitality, will enjoy the experience and come home. I think you need to credit our Daily Telegraph for some creative journalism. John cannot talk on behalf of Minderoo.

Minderoo own the Force, Minderoo are contracting players, coaches etc.

RugbyWA is responsible for our high performance academy, community clubs and our competition. We will not be selling tickets to the matches, hiring venues for the upcoming Force matches.
    Hansie,

Just for clarification when the Force IP was returned from RA was it returned to RugbyWA and on sold to Minderoo or was if gifted to Minderoo or was the IP transferred (sold) direct from RA to Minderoo?

IP is with RugbyWA. Loaned/leased/lent/licensed to Minderoo.

With out being to personal or up setting peoples feelings it is all starting to make sense
I have no doubt what so ever why when and where the dots have all connected

God help us and Rugby in Aussie after switching of after half time what a rubbish product another long season for RA
I would struggle to watch another game like that
There is no way the AFL would show that rubbish in prime time
