Did she really say “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger” about the last 12 months?? Good luck RugbyWA in mending those fences.

They hoped the shit would stick to Pulver, when he's out hey presto. Clyne and his ego screwed that up. The whole board needs to go, the and the other executive positions filled by a new board.

In fact, the organisation needs to be wound up and replaced with new governance criteria.

BTW I have zero faith in Castle. A card carrying member of the kiwi party, Bulldogs fiasco, and putting her hand in the RatsArse cooky jar when the entire rugby (and other) world knows it's a pit of vipers. A supreme lack of judgement, and already mouthing Clyne policy instead of acknowledging the problems and starting with an open mind.

The only good thing is she won't be able to play the female card with Twiggy given FMGs CEO and sidekick.

Their is no meaningful change with Clyne still holding the reins. Love JP's view on Castle.

I think I am going to have to did that recipe for humble pie again, you know the one I was cooking when "most" of you from these parts didn't give some bloke called Dave Wessells a chance when he took the reins.

    Watch this space

I am also glad that all you naysayers have never made a mistake in your lives, hopefully I will get a few Glass House's for sale soon too

I don't know if I could say I have "faith" in Castle. Something still needs to be done about the board - the CEO implements what the board directs. That being said, I'm willing to give her a go and see just how she works with the board.

As an aside - Clyne does shit eating grin better than Turnbull ...

She may be the best sports administrator the world has ever seen but until Clyne and the rest of the board go, I don't see much changing. As mentioned above, a CEO simply executes what the board directs be done. Yes he/she can guide, advise and influence, but it's the board that runs the show.

That said, I'm sure she'll make a much better fist of it than Pulver - what an inept and incompetent lightweight he turned out to be.

Will be interesting to see who she picks as COO and CFO, assuming Clyne's not already got those positions sewn up by tapping the boys' club.

Brian Waldron would make a great Chief Financial Officer for Rugby Australia.

For her own sake she will need to fill the Legal Counsel position first up.
