Has to finish her Mungo work first. She is on a 2 person panel (?) reviewing the Kiwi performance in RLWC.

    Shouldn't take long.

    The Tongans wanted it more.

    The Fijians wanted it more.

    The team's attitude was crap.

    The coach can't coach.

The photo, from yesterdays West article, shows her leaning on a fence at NIB Stadium. Mind you, the field behind is set up for socc.. "football".

Her track record isn't so great, plus she's an Australian-born All Blacks fan. I'm wondering if this is a set-up for a scapegoat?

And how did the Bulldogs perform under you ?

I think the interview went along the lines of “ so what do you think of how things have gone this year?”
“I agree with everything that you’ve done”
“What will you do to improve things next year?”
“What ever you want me too”
    “When can you start?”

As does Ben Franks and Tawera Kerr Barlow both unfortunate enough to be born in Rebel territory.

OTOH Brad Thorn has a very strong Oz accent for a All Black born in Mosgeil, Jeremy Paul - Hamilton, Kieran Foran - Auckland. It's pretty common.

She's a Kiwi - that's all there is to it.

As a organisation, the Bulldogs were actually ok until late lsat year/early this year when Ray Dib decided to stick his fingers where they shouldn't be all because he's up for re-election next year.

Yep. Being challenged by a ticket headed up by Steve Price with Paul Dunno and Chris Anderson. But Steve Mortimer is backing Dib.

Given she is a Kiwi, wearing an All Black dress with a black/white/gray jacket on her first day wasn't the best wardrobe decision IMO

No. Failure doesn't just happen overnight. Neglect, incompetence (or worse) takes a while to filter into the results.

The Wallabies were "actually okay" for a while too after John O'Neill hollowed out and culled the rugby grassroots coaching and development programs.

In a basket case NRL club, Raelene Castle doesn't take all the blame but has to take a chunk of it as CEO. They made some terrible signings. The Bulldogs bought their contender status with big back-ended contracts that hit the stink phase by the time she had to depart. The numbers never added up.

In her own words Castle flunked accounting and switched to a career in "marketing and communications".

Just the ticket for the ARU.

But at least she's not Pulver. Problem is, Clyne is still there. The whole board still needs a clean out.
