Couldn't think of a worse day. Tomorrow the result of the same-sex marriage vote will be announced and that will dominate all the news, everything else will be buried in the news rooms. If it can't come out today I would rather later in the week when it might get some attention.

Nope. It's been sauces here since about 2006. Something to do with an ex-Chief Rugby Correspondent who loved a good pie on a Saturday arvo.

Submitted on Nov 10th. If that is the reason for delaying the report than the Committee are getting an email. The clown has several weeks to respond since his business was exposed on October 11. I have read his laughable email and he said that his businesses have never technically been insolvent. Like the ARU he doesn't know his books and his correct company reports were located for free online.

Email sent to committee not demanding a report release more an add on to my submission to refute Cox's response and more doors to his other companies.

I find it interesting that Cox said that in view of the scope of the inquriy’s terms of ref, he declined to comment except to refute that his companies were “technically insolvent”. I imagine the delay in reporting is due to the fact that the report needs to reflect that “evidence”.

To investigate Praetorian that will probably take an ASIC investigation.

The Corrie said he was emailed on Nov 8 why that late? Should have contacted him earlier or hauled him in as a witness

My feeling is he was pressured his ARU friends to say something to help them out.
