They would have to hand over the evidence over to ASIC as the recommendation is based on the findings of the Inquiry.

Can someone explain to me the legal proceedings he refers to?
I imagine he is referring to theRugbyWA legal proceedings which is what they hid behind when approached to explain the process of deciding which team to cut.

Surely those were over at the time of the Senate Inquiry? They would no longer be legal proceedings, right? Am I missing something?
